Organizational Structure
ZIMNAMH is a membership driven organization. The Board of Trustees is elected at the Annual General Meeting for a term of three years. The Board uses its subcommittees, Finance and Management Committee, Human Resources Committee and Programme Development and Advocacy Committee in monitoring , reviewing and evaluating the organizationās programmes and activities. The organization has a constitution and a policy procedures manual that regulates internal relationships and provides policy guidance. The current board has eight members with equal representation between genders as has a diverse skills set from stakeholders in mental health issues including medical practitioners, former clients, educators, social workers and finance experts.
